Position Summary
Clean-Up Team Members maintain the interior of the wash tunnel after normal operating hours. This is accomplished by completing a variety of manual tasks to clean tunnel walls, floors, and equipment. Exterior cleaning needs may be performed at the team member's preference or by management request.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Execute the Mike's Purpose. Provide the best value for our boss, the customer, by delivering a clean, quick, carwash every time, with a smile.

  • Abide by our Values. Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Fun, Accountability, Profitability.

  • Customer Satisfaction. Maintain the interior of property so customers always feel comfortable, and interiors adhere to cleanliness standards.

  • Training. Participate in extensive training to keep your safety knowledge and skills up to date. Ask for assistance from the management team if you have any questions regarding the job expectations.

  • Security. Ensure the location is secure prior to leaving each night. Double check that all doors are closed and locked, and the alarm is set.

Required Work Schedule
  • Must work all scheduled shifts unless notified otherwise by management.
  • Shifts typically begin at 9:00pm.
  • Must be available to work at least 3 days a week.

This position requires the employee to communicate verbally and in writing, hear at a conversational
level, use vision for depth perception and to distinguish between basic shades and colors.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee will continuously be required to stand or walk. The employee will occasionally be required to sit, frequently required to stoop, reach, and/or twist at the waist while rotating. The employee will continuously perform repetitive movements, use hands for gripping pressure, and operate hand controls. The employee will infrequently be required to lift 50lbs. for up to 3 feet. The employee will
occasionally be required to pull 10 lbs. for up to 10 feet and carry up to 50lbs. for 10 feet. The employee may also be required to repeatedly bend, kneel, and balance. The employee will occasionally be required to climb stairs and ladders.
Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
The employee will continuously be required to work indoors with ladders and wear safety shoes/boots. The employee will continuously be required to work alone or with dust, odors, noise, and vibrations. The employee will continuously be required to work with chemicals.
