Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to expand and enhance our existing HVACR wholesaler network. This role is key to driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, territory development, and proactive relationship management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong analytical skills to forecasting and reporting, and is comfortable with significant travel to engage with current and prospective wholesale partners.Territory: Florida (Tallahassee to Miami), Coastal Georgia, and South Carolina

Key Responsibilities:
- Wholesaler Network Growth:
- Identify, onboard, and develop new wholesalers to expand market reach.
- Build long-term, value-based relationships with wholesale partners.
- Support existing wholesalers to increase volume, improve product placement, and drive growth.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis.

- Travel & Territory Management:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree

- English Spanish bilingual preferred
