As an ICU RN, you'll care for acutely ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and specialized interventions while partnering with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and fellow nurses to provide lifesaving care.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with professional practice standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor complex patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status.
- Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Accurately document patient care in the electronic health record.
- Delegate and direct care activities appropriately while supporting team collaboration.
- Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and infection prevention initiatives.
- Maintain clinical excellence through ongoing education and professional development.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
- Minimum one year of recent ICU experience within the last 36 months
- Demonstrated competence in critical care nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Required Within 6 Months of Hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
