Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks on various equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine the best course of action for repairs
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and ensure equipment is functioning optimally. This includes preventative maintenance such as: changing air filters / batteries in smoke detectors / change light bulbs, etc.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests (On-Call) and prioritize tasks based on urgency, including occasional after-hours emergencies which can occur outside of business hours
  • Snow removal as needed
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
  • Take pride in your work and demonstrate a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Any and all other maintenance tasks as assigned


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of previous experience as a Maintenance Technician
  • Strong decision-making skills and a positive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Access to or ownership of basic tools required for maintenance work
  • Valid and non-expired driver's license, insurance, along with reliable transportation
  • Lift up to 60lbs when necessary to perform maintenance tasks
