Join one of the most established and respected health systems in the Mid-Atlantic as a Non-Invasive Cardiologist at a flagship hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. This opportunity places you within a large, integrated cardiovascular program with immediate patient volume and a strong referral network. You will collaborate with a team of cardiology subspecialists while utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and system-wide resources. A standout feature of this role is the robust APP and virtual support model, designed to reduce administrative burden and allow you to focus on delivering high-quality care. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

  • Employed role within one of the region's largest systems including 10 hospitals and 300+ ambulatory care sites  
  • Established, high-demand practice with immediate patient panel 
  • Monday-Friday schedule with customized hours for physician schedules  
  • Outpatient-focused (~18 patients/day) with balanced workload 
  • Inpatient rotation every 5th week with shared coverage 
  • Consultative inpatient service (10-15 patients/day) 
  • Call 1:5 weekends with post call day off if desired; evening call is phone-only  
  • Collaborative team: 10 cardiologists + 5 APPs 
  • Experienced Cardiology APP providing support in the ambulatory clinic 
  • Broad cardiology scope including Echo and Nuclear Cardiology 
  • Full diagnostic capabilities in ambulatory clinic includes (4) ECHO labs and nuclear stress testing 
  • EMR transitioning to Epic for streamlined workflows 
  • Base salary with early earning growth and strong incentives 
  • Long-term current earnings between $600K-$800K+ with full benefits
