Job description

AX9 Security, Inc. has immediate openings for Event Security and Event Staff for our upcoming EVENT SEASON!

We are seeking individuals with great personalities to be a part of some of the biggest CONCERTS, SPORTING EVENTS, AND TRADE SHOWS taking place throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Events can include tech conferences, NFL Football Games, College Football Games, specialty events, and more!

Job Functions:

  • Circulate among guests and/or employees to preserve safety and provide assistance as needed.
  • Welcome guests at events with a positive and friendly demeanor.
  • Warn persons of rule infractions or violations.
  • Escalate issues as needed to event supervisors.
  • Positions require constant walking, climbing stairs, sitting, but is not limited to these functions.

Qualifications:

  • A valid guard card is required for Event Security. Event Staff will not need this license.
  • A positive and friendly attitude along with great customer service skills.
    • Customer service experience required.
    • Retail or greeter experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform duties in a professional manner.
  • Ability to make independent and sound judgment decisions regarding our policies and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Candidates must pass background check.
