This full-time position is centered in an outpatient orthopedic setting, where you will play a critical role in helping clients regain and exceed their physical performance. The successful candidate will work onsite in our state-of-the-art outpatient office, equipped with advanced treatments and technology including Normatec recovery systems and the Neubie device utilized by professional athletes in the NFL. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of patients to develop tailored treatment plans with clear, measurable goals and timelines.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions while incorporating advanced techniques such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.

• Prepare and submit clinical documentation, including progress summaries based on patients' recovery goals.

• Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Engage in follow-up and initial communication with patients to foster strong therapeutic relationships.

• Provide supervision and guidance to aides assisting in patient treatment and transition processes.

Our patient population primarily consists of athletic and motivated individuals, predominantly aged 35 and older, including elite and professional athletes, as well as some younger clients with orthopedic concerns. • A valid California state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an orthopedic setting.

• Strong manual therapy skills and a desire to enhance your knowledge through ongoing professional development.

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively educate and motivate clients.

• A team-oriented mindset, as therapists will share patient care and collaborate on treatment strategies.

• Experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer or holding dual credentials in Physical Therapy and Athletic Training.

• Familiarity with tools such as NAIOMT training, IASTM, Pilates instruction, and small group fitness teaching is beneficial.

• Previous exposure to treating vestibular and post-concussion patients is appreciated.
