Position Overview Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour 5 positions available Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, Saturday if needed. 8-12 hours/week. Position Overview: The NFL Youth Flag Football Site Supervisor is a self-motivated individual responsible for supervising activity sites and overseeing volunteer coaches for Parks & Recreation's NFL Youth Flag Football program

This role helps ensure a safe, organized, and positive playing environment for all participants. This position runs August 26 - October 10, 2026 and requires availability on weekday evenings, twice per week, at various locations. Opportunities to work 4 weekdays and on Saturdays are available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise flag football activity sites during scheduled games and practices Support and oversee volunteer coaches Ensure a safe and positive playing environment for children Manage equipment and team rosters at assigned sites Coordinate and collect required paperwork Communicate with youth/parents, community members, and assist the Recreation Specialists as needed Provide excellent care and customer service to the public Qualifications and Skills Minimum Qualifications & Skills: Must be at least 17 years of age Enjoy working with children in a recreational setting Dependable, self-motivated, and organized Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work weekday evenings and travel to various locations Why Apply.
