As a Residential Construction Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our renovation projects, ensuring every job is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will oversee multiple projects while maintaining seamless communication with clients, crews, and subcontractors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers and crews about jobs
  • Organize company and subcontractor materials for each project
  • Oversee (on site) daily progress of assigned active projects
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Manage customer expectations and provide regular updates
  • Uphold high-quality craftsmanship and safe construction practices
  • Handle crew payroll and track project materials

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of varied construction experience
  • Knowledge of paint and siding products and/or decks and their application (beyond hands-on experience)
  • Strong understanding of safe construction practices and quality craftsmanship
  • Clean driving record (mandatory for company vehicle use)
  • Experience with JobNimbus is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality work
  • Leadership mindset, you take ownership of projects and teams

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Full Time Position
  • Performance-based compensation with total earning potential up to $120K
  • $400 monthly gas stipend
