Our goal is to produce products that are a gateway to healthy living.We offer: Medical, Dental, Vision, LifeWe value respect, positive work ethic, creativity, drive and kindness. Purpose:The Warehouse Coordinator oversees daily operations in the shipping warehouse, managing both inbound and outbound finished goods and packaging materials to ensure safe, accurate and efficient product flow.  This role serves as the key link between floor operations and management - maintaining shipping schedules, verifying inventory accuracy and supporting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments of finished goodsLead, train, coach and schedule a team of warehouse operators, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety proceduresMaintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP for inventory movement, order fulfillment and material traceabilityPartner with Inventory Control, Production and Customer Service to align shipping priorities and resolve discrepanciesOversee dock operations, ensuing loads are staged, inspected and verified before dispatchTrack daily metrics for order accuracy, loading efficiency and carrier performanceSupport monthly cycle counts and contribute to warehouse audits as neededPromote housekeeping, organization and equipment care in compliance with food safety and GMP standardsAct as the on-site point of contact for logistics partners and carriersTrain the trainer on warehouse powered industrial trucks and toolsAll other duties as assignedDesired Skills and Experience:High school diploma and/or GEDForklift certification may be required1 - 2 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.  Forklift license and experience preferredExperience in a fast moving packaging goods environment, powdered or beverage production experience preferredFlexible schedule, including nights and weekends, ability to stand, sit, move, squat, walk and climb repeatedly during shiftValid drivers license, ability to pass a drug test and background checkStrong working knowledge of Excel, Word, ERP and WMS Proven ability to lead small teams and communicate effectively across departmentsExcellent organizational skills with attention to detail, critical thinking and a proactive problem-solving mindsetFamiliarity with GMP, FIFO/FEFO, and other food-industry best practices requiredChike & Next Level Family of Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer EEO AA M/F/Vet/Disability and a drug free workplace.
