Agency Representative I
We are seeking relationship builders who are customer focused, sales driven, problem solvers, and effective communicators and thrive in the team environment. We need people who put customers and our agents first and have a passion to protect livelihoods and futures.
As part of the FBFS Central team, you will be responsible for providing customer service for our customers and agents along with driving sales, growth, and closing business. In addition to their regular pay, team members can earn monthly bonuses based on sales results. Optimal team members would possess flexibility in a wide range of tasks and are able to specialize in specific areas of the industry of their choosing.

What You Need to Join Our Team:
  • Experience in Insurance Industry and Customer Service preferred.
  • Current Property and Casualty, Life and Health licenses preferred.
  • Must have a "Team Oriented Mindset", the ability to work well with customers, the field force, and home office personnel.
  • Must excel in customer service, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Must be well organized and have good attention-to-detail.
  • Must have strong sales acumen.
  • Must have or be able to attain P&C and Life and Health licenses / certifications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
  • Ability to work from our office in West Des Moines, Iowa.
