Job description

Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10 am - 5 pm

Hourly Rate: $13.00 (Probationary period of 90 days - afterward bonuses and raises may occur based on work efficiency.)

Responsibilities:

  • Organization of agent licensing/ training records

  • Assisting agents in person and virtually

  • Discussing new licenses and renewal processes with agents

  • Assisting agents to obtain new and maintaining existing state licenses

  • Tracking individual license expirations and handling necessary renewals

  • Informing agents are aware of any changes that may be relevant to their licensing

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Know how to proficiently use a computer and basic software such as Google Sheets, Adobe Editor, PDF Manager, Excel, Google Docs, etc.)

  • Be detail-oriented and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Able to work under tight deadlines and problem-solve to ensure agents’ licensing needs are taken care of properly and quickly.

  • Must pass an extensive background check

  • Must obtain a Producers license in the state of Arizona

(Training will be provided as you go through the onboarding and affiliation process)
