Design and produce the monthly internal employee e-newsletter, partnering with the Creative Director on content and layout.
Design social media graphics and posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms as needed.
Design print materials — business cards, signage, and other one-off projects as they come up.
Contribute copywriting for newsletters, social posts, and web pages, collaborating with the team — including AI tools — to draft and refine content.
Build and update new pages on the company's Squarespace site.
Apply working knowledge of HTML and CMS-based web design tools; Webflow experience is a plus.
Photograph employees for use in the newsletter, social media, and web content, conducting light interviews as needed to gather quotes and context.
Edit photos for use across platforms; video editing skills are a plus for short-form content.
