Job description

The Culture & Communications Intern plays a vital role in shaping the employee experience by supporting initiatives that foster connection, and engagement. This person will collaborate across HR, Marketing, and internal teams to amplify our employer brand and keep our global workforce informed and inspired.

  • Internal Communications: Draft, edit, and publish engaging content for internal channels to keep teams informed on company news, benefits, and cultural initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement & Events: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person employee events, town halls, and team-building activities.
  • Culture & Recognition: Assist in managing employee recognition programs and celebrating milestones.
  • Feedback & Analytics: Help administer and analyze pulse surveys or post-event feedback to gauge employee sentiment and measure the success of internal campaigns.

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related program

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement
