Role: Device Refresh Tech
Location: Orange County, CA - Onsite/in-person
Duration: Contract
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Device and equipment setups
  • Unboxing laptops/ Monitors
  • Troubleshoot and install hardware/software
  • Connecting VDIs, talking stations

Requirements
  • Bachelors/associate degree in computer science/IT/Information systems educational background/equivalent industry experience
  • Open to entry level computer science graduates
  • 0-1-year experience with IT setup, desktop setups
  • Adept with computer installations, operating systems, Windows 10, hardware support and maintenance
  • Provide technical support to end users
  • Self-starter, with strong customer service, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
