The CCU team consists of highly skilled critical care nurses, physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary support staff dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. Services include hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, cardiac drips, emergency response stabilization, and post-intensive procedural care. The unit is committed to promoting optimal patient outcomes while supporting patients and families through critical and complex healthcare situations.
How you'll contribute
A Registered Nurse, RNwho excels in this role:
  • Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needs
  • Initiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings
  • Provides age- and condition-appropriate nursing care
  • Completes timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record
  • Develops, implements, and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patient
What we're looking for
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associates or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
  • Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
  • ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
  • One year of experience preferred new grads encouraged to apply and will be supported through our 1 year residency program
  • ASLS certification preferred
