Are you an RN with a heart for crisis care looking for weekend work? At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Registered Nurse to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting youth with I/DD and mental health needs at our warm, home-like youth Crisis Therapeutic Home (YCTH) in Culpeper, VA.
We are hiring for the following schedule:

Your Role in Our Mission
  • Make a real difference by providing compassionate nursing care to youth with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in our Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home
  • Administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care
  • Educate and empower individuals regarding their physical and mental health
  • Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to create personalized care and treatment plans
  • Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and following all clinical standards
  • Play an essential role in promoting stability, recovery, and hope for those we serve
  • Provide guidance to Behavior Techs and LPNs as needed

What We're Looking For
