How you will make an impact:
Vista Prairie at Windmill Ponds is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to use your skills and play a crucial role in the well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all residents through assessments and reassessment, development and implementation of appropriate service plans and plans of care, monitoring resident services, supervision of staff, and on-going staff training. As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will also complete an initial, face-to-face comprehensive assessment of prospective/new residents and develop a proposed service plan. You will also conduct or delegate the completion of assessments as resident conditions change. You will also do staff education, case management, and have a dedicated patient load. Imagine the smiles on the faces of our residents when you help them achieve their best.
Schedule: This is a Full-time position, Day hours 8am-5pm M-F with rotating days of on call.
What you will need:
  • Must have the desire and ability to do staff education, case management, and have a dedicated patient load
  • Must be self-motivated and organized
  • Current Minnesota RN License in good standing required
  • Experience in Assisted Living preferred
  • Must desire the opportunity to work with a team of nurses that collaborate, motivate, and support one another
  • Must be 21 years or older
