Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Type: Direct Hire

Setting: Outpatient

Target Start Date: ASAP

Hours per Week: 40

Shift/Schedule: 5ร—8 or 4ร—10 Days, 2 eves per week, no weekends

Caseload Notes: 40 minute blocks, 50-55 patients/week; True one-on-one treatment sessions โ€“ NO required double booking

EMR: Prompt

Dress Code: TBD
