The PACU Nurse Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and staff development within a fast-paced surgical recovery environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily PACU operations and staffing
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality metrics
• Conduct employee evaluations and coaching
• Implement departmental policies and clinical protocols
• Lead patient safety and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
