Job description

Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patient evaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient and physician's orders when applicable.

Position Details

Modality: Physical Therapist

Openings: 1

Shifts: 8a-4:30p

Hours per Week: 40

Contract Length: 13 Week(s)

Start Date: 07/13/2026

Details of Assignment: 8 to 12 patients per day most patients adult neuro or ortho both inpatient and outpatient services

Charting System: Net Health/Redoc for outpatients CPSI/Thrive for inpatients

Client Interview Required: Yes

Client Interview Details: Director will do interviews via phone call

Minimum Experience and Certification Required: At least one year of PT experience- they WILL accept a new grad if the new grad is interested in going temp to perm!- Neuro and ortho exp preferred

Facility Details

Orientation: One day hospital orientation, 1 hour department orientation

First Day Instructions: Sent prior to start

Uniform Color / Dress Code: Any color scrubs and must have closed toe shoes

Time Keeping: MaxView
