We are seeking an additional Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team! You will provide healthcare services, under the supervision of a physician. This position would be a set in our Alpharetta office.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough physical exams and health assessments.

  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work.

  • Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans according to state regulations.

  • Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and wellness strategies.

  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and institutional policies.

  • Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

  • Family Nurse Practitioner licensing required from an accreditedย FNP program, and national certification

  • Minimum of 3 years prior experience as a physician assistantย 

  • Familiarity with medical tools and equipment

  • Ability to build rapport with patients

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
