Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Follow cleanroom, chemical safety, and/or machine safety protocols
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and process in accordance with documented procedures and safety requirements
  • Execute production tasks accurately to meet quality, yield, and delivery goals
  • Perform inspections using microscopes, gauges, or advanced metrology tools, as required
  • Enter production data accurately into Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or other tracking systems
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance teams
  • Participate in continuous improvement, 5S, and lean manufacturing initiatives

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Comfortable working with manufacturing equipment, tooling, or chemicals depending on assigned area
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary organization by communicating effectively with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance personnel to ensure that manufacturing needs are being met.
  • Ability to lift up to 10-15 lbs and perform repetitive tasks as required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn new skills
  • Reliability and accountability in meeting production commitments
  • Desire to grow within a highly technical manufacturing organization

Work Environment
  • May include semiconductor manufacturing cleanrooms, chemical laboratories, precision machining, or industrial manufacturing settings

Pay Range:
USD $67,030.00 - USD $111,720.00 Year
