Job description

We are seeking a Locums Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to provide coverage in a trauma and acute care neurosurgery practice with an elective component at an ACS-verified Level II Trauma Center on the South Texas Gulf Coast. This opportunity offers a flexible block schedule, strong APP support, and the ability to work in a modern, state-of-the-art facility while enjoying a coastal lifestyle.

Practice Info

  • Trauma and acute care neurosurgery with elective case volume
  • ACS-verified Level II Trauma Center
  • Supported by a full-time, experienced Advanced Practice Provider
  • New, state-of-the-art hospital
  • Advanced ER, OR, and inpatient facilities
  • Accredited Stroke Center with strong subspecialty support

Responsibilities

  • Provide trauma and acute care neurosurgical coverage
  • Manage emergency and inpatient neurosurgical cases
  • Perform elective neurosurgical procedures as appropriate
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and APP support
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and documentation

Compensation

  • $4600 Per Shift
