Key responsibilities

  • Participate in multidisciplinary conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to teaching medical students and residents.

  • Manage a mix of neurotrauma, brain tumors, complex spinal surgery, cerebrovascular disease, and endovascular interventional radiology cases, with an emphasis on spine and brain cases.

  • Provide neurosurgical care within a Level II Trauma setting in a busy, high-volume practice.


Job description

Seeking BE/BC Neurosurgeon to join a multidisciplinary team including six neurosurgeons, one who is a board certified neurosurgeon and cerebrovascular/endovascular specialist, three neurohospitalists, eight neurologists, two neuroradiologists, and one neurointerventional neurologist, plus experienced advanced practice providers.
  • Level II Trauma
  • Typical cases include neurotrauma, brain tumors, complex spinal surgery, cerebrovascular disease and/or endovascular interventional radiology
  • 80% spine / 20% brain cases in a busy, high-volume practice
  • Healthy integration of career and personal time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative disposition
  • The physician will be expected to participate in multidisciplinary conferences, quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the teaching of medical students and residents
