$480,000 - $665,000; final offer may vary within this range based on candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Division Chief of Neurointerventional Radiology

UMass Memorial Health & UMass Chan Medical School

The University of Massachusetts Memorial Health System (UMMH) and UMass Chan Medical School seek a dynamic and collaborative leader for the Division Chief of Neurointerventional Radiology.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead integration and expansion of joint clinical services focusing on patient outcomes, access, quality, and safety.
  • Manage neurointerventional procedures for stroke, aneurysms, and spinal vascular conditions.
  • Collaborate with neurosurgery, neurology, emergency medicine, and critical care teams.
  • Work with New England Center for Stroke Research to direct stroke and endovascular research and oversee clinical trials.
  • Mentor faculty, residents, and fellows; promote research initiatives and contribute to academic mission.
  • Perform strategic planning, budgeting, faculty development, and serve on stroke and neurovascular program leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Board certified in Diagnostic Radiology with fellowship training in Neurointerventional Radiology.
  • At least 5 years of clinical and leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership and academic accomplishments in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Academic rank and compensation commensurate with experience.
