To develop advanced MRI applications, and data analysis pipelines to support clinical and translational pediatric neuroimaging research.

Responsibilities

  • Optimizing pulse sequences and image analysis for diffusion and functional MRI applications.
  • Performs required standard operating procedures of the neuroimaging lab under the direction of the neuroimaging research director.
  • Provides daily oversight and quality control of research activities. This will involve oversight of the service workflow and neuroimaging lab research technicians in the execution and modification of protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

Ph.D. and 5-10 years experience. PhD in biomedical engineering or physics or other related fields.

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $32.87/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

Remote Work/Work from Home

This is an intermittent remote position, which means that the person hired will work with his or her manager to determine a schedule that includes both at home and on-site hours at a Children’s Mercy location. The incumbent must live in the Kansas City metro area.
