Receptionist Position

Focus Clinic is seeking a warm, organized, and tech-savvy receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our clinic. In this vital front-desk role, you'll help ensure that every child and parent feels valued, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients and families with warmth, patience, and professionalism
  • Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and manage appointment scheduling
  • Collect and verify patient forms, insurance information, and payments
  • Maintain a calm and organized front desk environment, even during busy times
  • Communicate effectively with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care
