Job description

Duties

  • Prepare visit reports for each patient
  • Maintain demographic, PMH, current medication list and pharmacy information for each patient;
  • Schedule ancillary testing and referral appointments
  • Document status of all visits and any recommendations made on Referral Tracker
  • Assist with completion of prior authorization requests and disability paperwork
  • Contact patients at least 1-2 days prior to their appointments to send them the informed consent forms and telehealth link
  • Will be trained to administer questionnaires and brief speech and neurocognitive tests as applicable
  • (CTE, FUs, LCPI, TBIS)

Requirements

  • Medical Assistant Certification
  • Must be tech-savvy and have knowledge of working in cloud-based software like G-Suite
  • Must be a team player and efficient
  • Must complete required pre-employment assessments

  • Full time hourly W-2 position
