• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment strategies clearly to patients and their families, involving them in the goal-setting process.
• Expertly implement treatment protocols based on clinical judgments, tailored to each patient's condition and response to therapy.
• Engage in consultations with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure well-rounded patient care, recognizing when modifications to treatment plans are required.
• Perform comprehensive discharge planning and follow-up care, providing clear documentation and ensuring continuity of patient care.
• Maintain effective time management skills to meet productivity expectations while providing quality care, including the management of your patient schedule.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness, enhancing accessibility to rehabilitation services for the Newark population.
• Adhere to facility goals and compliance regulations, while actively contributing to professional development and continued education initiatives.

Our center serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain issues. • A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective patient interaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop and adapt treatment plans based on patient progress.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in outpatient rehabilitation, is preferred, although new graduates with relevant internships may be considered.
• Experience with electronic health records systems and rehabilitation software is a plus.
• Knowledge of current trends in physical therapy practice and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Insight Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
