Job description
Careers that change lives start here. Medtronic is a global leader in healthcare technology with a Mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life. Our 95,000 employees work across more than 150 countries to put patients first - developing innovative medical technologies that improve the lives of 72+ million patients each year. Your unique talents will help shape the future of healthcare while building a career grounded in purpose, growth, and impact.
A Day in the LifeMedtronic Neuroscience is focused on transforming care for patients with neurological, spinal, and chronic pain conditions. Through meaningful innovation and strong clinical partnerships, we help clinicians deliver therapies that improve lives and expand what is possible in-patient care.Medtronic Neuromodulation Research & Development (R&D) advances technologies that help restore and improve function for people living with neurological disorders. Within the Brain Modulation portfolio, teams develop and evaluate next-generation sensing, stimulation, and therapeutic technologies, including Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) systems and MRI-guided laser ablation solutions for minimally invasive neurosurgery. This function brings together scientists, engineers, clinicians, and cross-functional partners to apply data-driven approaches that advance therapy development and clinical outcomes.
At Medtronic, we bring bold ideas forward with speed and decisiveness to put patients first in everything we do. We're working onsite 4 days a week to drive performance, foster an environment of belonging, and collaborate to inspire as we engineer the extraordinary.
