Job Description:

We're seeking a UX Designer to join our team and play a key role in evolving our design system and creating exceptional user experiences across our products. This is an ideal opportunity for a designer with 2 3 years of experience who wants to grow within a structured, design-system-first environment where many foundational decisions are already in place, allowing you to focus on thoughtful design work and meaningful impact.

You'll work on designing and refining components, patterns, and prototypes and guiding both internal and external designers in applying our design system. You'll be a champion for accessibility, inclusive design, and collaborative feedback culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Projects: Create interactive prototypes for websites and design system components and patterns. Refine designs based on user testing, feedback, and usability data. Iterate on components and patterns to ensure optimal user experiences.

Design Leadership: Guide external designers, promoting our user experience philosophy, guidelines, and best practices for design system components.

Foster a Culture of Collaboration and Feedback: Provide design reviews and gather feedback from both internal and external teams to ensure design excellence and alignment.

Ensure Accessibility and Inclusivity: Advocate for inclusive design practices, ensuring that the system adheres to accessibility standards and meets the needs of diverse users.

Assist with Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the design system, including component guidelines, usage instructions, and best practices to support designers and developers.

Design System File Ownership & Maintenance: Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma, keeping components, patterns, and documentation up to date.
