Job description

As an eProduct Sr. Associate within PNC's Capital Markets organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh.
In addition to the responsibilities below you will be:
Managing relationships with PNC vendors including troubleshooting problems, pushing through system enhancements, communicating user and customer feedback to management.
Networking with liquidity providers and liquidity venues to ensure PNC is getting the most out of the relationships and taking advantage of the strengths of each one.
Strategizing and optimizing liquidity configurations.
Acting as a go-to person for configuring trader, client and sales price making services.

  • Supports the Capital Markets sales effort by managing buy and sell side eDistribution product platforms. Work closely with sales and trading for daily operation and support of all product solutions. Act as liaison between business and technology for the product development cycle to enhance the customer experience.
  • Work independently in the oversight and management of designated electronic product channels. Act as lead point of contact for clients, technology and management by monitoring day to day operation, managing projects and issue resolution. Provide sales presentations to a range of prospective clients, either in person or by web conference.Evaluate client needs to recommend and promote products and services. Provide guidance and strategy to sales relationship team.
  • Provide client implementation for electronic products and ongoing support for internal and external clients. Respond to customer and service partner requests and issues ensuring consistency and continuity of resolution.
  • Utilizes expertise of products, capabilities and system functionality to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement a new product or enhancement.
  • Coordinates and executes test plans, records results and communicates the outcome to business service and IT partners to ensure high quality system implementations.
