Job Description: As a Technical Recruiter at Lab37 Robotics, you will own full-cycle recruiting for the teams building our robotics systems-hardware, software, and technician roles that bring our products to life. This is an on-site, in-office position where you'll partner closely with engineering and operations leaders to understand hiring needs, build pipelines, run efficient interview processes, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. You'll be a key driver in scaling a team that ships real products into real kitchens.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for hardware engineers, software engineers, and technicians-from intake through offer acceptance and start date.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, level candidates, and run structured interview plans and debriefs.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, events) for niche technical roles.
  • Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, feedback loops, and timely communications to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Track recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, source performance) and continuously improve process, messaging, and tools.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting hardware and software engineers and technicians (in-house and/or agency).
  • Proven ability to source, engage, and close candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Must be able to work full-time from our office; this role is not offered as remote.
