We are looking for an expert developer in media networking technologies who is looking to bring immersive sonic experiences to our billions of users. Together with audio, playback, hardware WiFi engineering and more you will push boundaries of networked media distribution, developing new protocols and networking techniques, to touch the lives of even more.
The AirPlay Audio team is looking for an expert developer in media networking technologies and layered system software who, with these skills, will be working to fill our user's lives with immersive audio, pushing the boundaries of media distribution and sonic experiences. As an expert in media protocols like RTP, you will develop and ship new technologies and features for sending audio amongst iPhones, Macs, iPads, HomePods, AppleTVs, and the rich AirPlay speaker ecosystem. You will work with networking, WiFi and hardware teams to ensure the most efficient and highest quality distribution can be achieved. You will take ownership of these technologies and features, finding new opportunities for them to enrich our user's lives.
