ย ย  ย Responsible for the repair activity for Consumer, Small and Multi-line Business, and Wholesale ISP Non-Affiliate customers for High Speed Internet Service.
ย ย  ย Analyze customer CPE, facility, and network for High Speed Internet customer issues.
ย ย  ย Responsible for High Speed Internet customer resolution by processing incoming repair tickets, verifying information/equipment, and monitoring trouble report status through computer based, menu-driven systems.
ย ย  ย Analyze and trouble shoot by testing High Speed Internet network facilities, CPE equipment utilizing a variety of menu and non menu-driven systems to isolate and restore service or dispatch for physical issues to be resolved.
ย ย  ย Provides technical assistance to customers, Field Forces, Escalation Teams, Technical Supervisors, General Managers and VP's.
ย ย  ย Document every action taken in appropriate systems and on appropriate tickets.
