Overview


Client First Technologies is seeking a Network Administrator with experience supporting enterprise network infrastructures in secure computing environments. The successful candidate will ensure network services, connectivity, and supporting infrastructure remain secure, functional, and highly available. You will be responsible for monitoring network performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, managing network devices, and supporting training and operational systems.ย 


This is a full-time, onsite position located in Pensacola, Florida.ย ย

Requirements


  • Administer, maintain, and monitor enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networksย 
  • Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancersย 
  • Monitor network performance and availability to ensure reliable operation of training and operational systemsย 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, routing, switching, and performance issuesย 
  • Implement network security controls and ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirementsย 
  • Manage VLANs, VPNs, network segmentation, and access control mechanismsย 
  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and standard operating proceduresย 
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and infrastructure maintenance activitiesย 
  • Support network capacity planning, disaster recovery initiatives, and infrastructure modernization projectsย 
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement STIGs, RMF controls, and vulnerability remediation effortsย 
  • Assist with incident response activities related to network performance, security, and availabilityย 


Qualificationsย 

  • High school diploma or equivalentย 
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Network Administrator or similar role
  • CompTIA Security+ certificationย 
  • Ability to obtain Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) Computing Environment Certification within 180 days of hireย 
  • General Experience in Network Administration, Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting, Enterprise Infrastructure Support, Technical Documentation, Systems and Network Operationsย 
  • Ability to perform troubleshooting, reviewing logs, and patchingย 


Preferred Qualificationsย 

  • CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Certificationย ย 
  • Experience supporting DoD network environmentsย 
  • Experience administering Cisco, Dell, Juniper, or other enterprise networking platformsย 
  • Experience with routing and switching protocols including TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, DHCP, and DNSย 
  • Experience with network monitoring, analysis, and management toolsย ย 
  • Experience implementing and maintaining DoD STIGs and security controlsย 
  • Knowledge of RMF, PKI, and DoD cybersecurity compliance requirementsย ย 
  • Experience with firewall administration and VPN technologiesย 
  • Experience supporting data center and enterprise network operationsย

  • Occasional travel and overtime may be requiredย
