  • Call Ratio: Yes. 1st Call Only. M-F 4:30 PM - 6:30 AM. Saturday/Sunday 6:30 AM - 6:30 AM.
  • Case Mix: Gen, OB, Ortho, Peds, Opth, Podiatry, Urology, Interventional Spine.
  • # of Surgical Cases:
    • Inpatient 617. Outpatient 7,462. OB 257. Gen Sur 1,034. Ortho 1,706. Peds END-93.
    • Other: Opth-412, POD-419, URO-412, Interventional Spine-138, Cath Lab -132.
    • Supervision and Ratio: No supervision.
    • Active License: Priority given to those with Active MN license.
    • Credentialing Time Frame: 30 days
