Job description

Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is seeking a talented Network Engineer to join their team. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Design, deploy, and manage secure and efficient datacenter network solutions, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop networking strategies that align with business objectives.
• Monitor network performance, analyze traffic patterns, and troubleshoot issues using packet capture tools.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams and configuration guides, utilizing tools such as Visio and Lucidchart.
• Understand and apply the OSI model.
• Design and execute network testing methodologies to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in network assessments.
• Present and develop network roadmaps, outlining strategies for future growth and enhancements.
• Summarize complex technical information clearly and effectively for diverse audiences.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to support project success.
• Stay current with emerging networking technologies and industry trends to enhance network performance and security.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in network architecture, engineering, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and others.
• Expert in data center network architecture
• Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies.
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure and enterprise networking environments.
• Proficient in technical documentation and using design tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
• Hands-on experience with packet capture and analysis tools.
• Experience with network testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Wireshark, Iperf, NetFlow).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to connect various system components.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to summarize information effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred:
• Experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible).
• Familiarity with virtualization and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Openstack)
• Experience with NetConf/Yang, GRPC, and Openflow protocols
• Knowledge of physical and optical fiber networks
• Knowledge of containers technologies a plus (docker, kubernetes)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
