Foxhole Technology is seeking a Systems/Network Administrator Lead for a large-scale enterprise IT services program supporting the development, administration, maintenance, and modernization of mission-critical application systems.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for systems/network administration, operations maintenance, and associated activities of platforms installed throughout enterprise.
  • Ensure the operation of the enterprise meets defined service levels and serves as the contractor's service owner for service solutions.
  • Responsible for applying security principles, practices, and procedures under the RMF to maintain compliance with applicable security regulations.
  • Provide services to tasks involving engineering development, integration, interface design analysis, integration of infrastructure, and testing of software and hardware.
  • Perform system-level configuration of products including validating the integration of hardware, software, operating systems, and other platform specifications while maintaining interoperability with existing legacy systems.
  • Responsible for the technical planning and organizing of the team of contractors for all O&M of the enterprise constructed networks.
  • Lead the Outage Response Team (ORT) and be responsible for overseeing all activities related to network outage response and recovery, including COOP operations and disaster recovery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all resolution activities during outages, including communicating with third parties (i.e. other agencies, vendors, etc.).
  • Maintain and create the Incident Response Plan and review the plan quarterly to ensure all system names, procedures, etc. are up to date and that all outage response activities are documented appropriately.
Minimum Requirements
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • A minimum of five years of recent experience providing enterprise-level IT architecture and engineering services across network domains.
  • Possess an ITIL v4 Practice Manager Certification or ITIL v4 Foundation Certification equivalent.
  • Possess DoDM 8140.03 Cyberspace Workforce Qualification and Management Program Certifications (Min Security+ or CISSP, CCNP)
  • A minimum of one year of recent experience providing executive-level technical briefings and presentations to senior personnel.
Desired Qualifications
  • A minimum of five years of recent experience managing enterprise IT teams in geographically separated locations supporting O&M of servers (e.g., physical and virtual), operating systems (e.g., Windows and UNIX/LINUX), databases (e.g., Microsoft and Structured Query Language (SQL)), collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint), VMWare, ESXi, software applications, scripting, SANs, and computer security in an enterprise.
  • Possess a current Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) Certification.
  • Possess a current Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) or Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE certification.
  • A minimum of six years of recent experience supporting global network systems and subsystems; troubleshooting a wide range of LAN, Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS), BGP, WAN, and network/service availability; and recommending system fixes and enhancements.
  • Possess at least one information security certificate (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Certified Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
  • Possess at least two network certificates (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network+).
  • Possess DoDI 8570.01 Information Assurance System Architect and Engineer (IASAE) Level III Certification.
  • A minimum of six years of recent experience supporting global network systems and subsystems; troubleshooting a wide range of LAN, Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS), BGP, WAN, and network/service availability; and recommending system fixes and enhancements.
