Position Overview

Deal Support Associates play a critical role in managing and executing investment and corporate transactions. The role combines financial analysis, project management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure deals progress efficiently from evaluation through closing.

Deal Support Associates work closely with senior deal professionals, legal and compliance teams, finance, and external advisors, often taking ownership of key execution workstreams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end deal execution, including diligence, approvals, closing, and post-close processes

  • Build, review, and maintain financial models, transaction analyses, and deal materials

  • Coordinate due diligence efforts across internal teams and external advisors

  • Manage data rooms, deal trackers, timelines, and transaction documentation

  • Prepare investment committee presentations, memos, and executive summaries
