Rootshell Enterprise Technologies Inc. is a recognized provider of professional IT Consulting services in the US. We are actively seeking Network Service Engineer for one of our direct client in Sunnyvale,CA. Please share your resume with current location & full contact info.
Role: Network Service Engineer
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Contract Long term
Job Responsibilities and skills
  • UAT design and execution, Prepare and deliver training to Operations teams
  • Work with cross functional teams as necessary to troubleshoot and resolve network related issues (route, switch, firewall, datacenter)
  • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability Familiarity with Cloud technologies and interconnections - AWS, Azure, GCP. Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
  • 7+ years Proven hands-on network engineering experience CCNP or higher (CCIE preferred) Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, VXLAN, EVPN, L2, L3) Solid understanding of the Data Center networking, Cisco/Juniper/Palo Alto or similar vendor technologies
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
