Professional Services Network Security Engineer Entelligence is seeking a Network Security Engineer to support our Customer’s clients. The
successful candidate must be able to work in a cross-functional environment and interact with
representatives from Entelligence, the Customer, and the end-user. The Network Security Engineer will regularly participate in technical discussions with multifunctional
teams, creating an environment of transparency that ultimately leads to better products, better working
environments, and better cybersecurity. Providing quick thinking and support to the client and ensuring
the fast assistance they need to keep their environments secure. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide Technical Support to customers and partners • Provide configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers • Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner • Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues • Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge Base • Review of technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc.. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Next Generation Firewalls and Panorama. • Application Performance Monitoring expertise – Response time metrics, Application identification. • Packet capture analysis / fault isolation and remediation • In-depth knowledge and deployment experience of Remote Access technologies. • Network Security experience (IPS/IDS, ZBFW, NGFW) • In-depth IP Routing protocol expertise (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) • Implementation of Legacy WAN solutions (MPLS, Leased Line, Frame Relay, Satellite, Internet VPN, ECMP, DMVPN) • Desire to learn on your feet and thrive on the bleeding edge of networking.
