Summary
A strategic designer, project leader, and advanced troubleshooter for enterprise network infrastructure. Responsible for architecting, deploying, and managing routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, and VPN solutions to ensure enterprise-grade security, performance, and reliability. Leads complex projects, mentors junior staff, establishes network policies, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align technology with organizational objectives.
What You'll Do
  • Design, implement, and manage advanced network infrastructure and services
  • Diagnose and resolve complex network issues and performance bottlenecks
  • Continuously monitor system performance, diagnose Tier1 issues, and implement solutions to maintain high availability and reliability.
  • Implement and maintain security measures, conduct audits, and enforce policies.
  • Serves as the escalation point for complex technical issues, providing troubleshooting, coordinating timely resolution across teams, and documenting root causes and preventive actions
  • Participates in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure continuous support, and when off rotation, remain available to receive, triage, and coordinate with other teams.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as determined by TAI from time to time in its sole discretion

What You Need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 7+ years of specialized experience in server administration.
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)
  • Ability to be on call rotation for after hours requests
  • Travel up to 20%
