Title: Programmer Analyst 6
Location: Lansing MI
Duration: 12+ Months
Dynamics 365 Programmer Analyst
This employee provides application development/integration services to the Department of Technology, Management and Budget supporting Michigan Department of Civil Rights (MDCR), Michigan Civil Service Commission (MCSC)and Michigan Department of Lifelong Education Advancement, and Potential
(MiLEAP). They will be responsible for the design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of the
agency applications. Project assignments and activity will be executed within the framework of the
State of Michigan System Engineering Methodology (SEM). These assignments will provide for the
development, testing and deployment of application releases, updates and modifications.
This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 Platforms.
As a Programmer Analyst, they will both perform and leading the team with project tasks, including but
not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation,
documentation and the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations.
Skillset
  • 5+ years of working experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations
  • Architect Experience 3+ years
  • Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages. 5+ years
  • Microsoft Azure platform experience
  • Azure DevOps 5+ years
  • Data Architecture Experience- 3+ years
  • Infrastructure/Network and Application Support - 5+ years
  • Design and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include
  • integration and authentication across systems
  • CICD/Release Management - Define, communicate, and manage technical change management
    (e.g., release) processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology efforts
