Nightwing is seeking a talented Program Manager to lead a dynamic network engineering team in a unique mission space. This position will work closely with the customer, the project integrator, the network engineers and architects to ensure our systems meet customer requirements and timelines.
Responsibilities include:
  • Single POC for contract performance.
  • Leads team project execution.
  • Plans & directs the timely & successful completion of Statement of Work efforts.
  • Tracks & reports program metrics:(Cost/Schedule/Technical/Operational/Quality).
  • Ensures systems are built to meet performance, security, and functional requirements.
  • Creates, reviews & maintains programmatic/technical artifacts.
  • Manages resources to deliver qualified, properly cleared personnel to address customer tasks.
  • Establishes training plans to maintain and evolve skills, while ensuring no single points of failure within the program.
  • Prepares and presents briefings, white papers, use cases and concept papers to capture future system changes for customer decision making.
  • Manage the relationship with the customer, Nightwing, and relevant stakeholders.

Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Program Management
  • Project Management Professional Certification.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Day
  • Strong teamwork, team management, and interpersonal skills at all management levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise with Network Engineering management and design.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to set and manage expectations for scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with collaborative project management tools.
  • Managing global dispersed teams.

Salary & Benefits

The salary associated with this position ($99,000-$206,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
