Job Summary:
Computer World Services is seeking a Network Operations Lead to oversee the U.S. Customs and Border Protectionโ€™s Network Operations Center contract operational teams. The role involves ensuring continuous network availability and performance while managing NOC operations and coordinating with government leads.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Oversee day-to-day NOC operations, ensuring 24x7x365 coverage.
โ€ข Direct monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure.
โ€ข Supervise NOC technicians and ensure SOP compliance.
โ€ข Coordinate scheduled maintenance, patching, and system upgrades.
โ€ข Interface with CBP government leads for operational updates and escalations.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s in technical or engineering field.
โ€ข 10+ years in enterprise network administration.
