Operations & Project Manager — Roofing & RoofMaxx — 100% Remote (Path to COO)
Location: 100% Remote — US-based. Texas or other candidates welcome; we care about the right operator, not the zip code.
Job Type: Full-time, W-2, salaried
Pay: $50,000/year base + bonuses
Benefits: Paid time off · 401(k) · Performance bonuses beyond base
Growth: This role is the on-ramp to COO for the right person.
About Us
We're Infinite Roofing and RoofMaxx of the Central Valley — "Restore. Don't Replace." We run a growing roofing operation doing repair, RoofMaxx restoration, and an expanding book of residential and commercial tear-offs. We're scaling, and we need an operator who can turn day-to-day chaos into a clean, repeatable machine.
The Role
You'll be the person who keeps the business organized and running tight. From scheduling and estimating support to routing our crews and holding the team to our processes, you'll own the operational backbone of the company — and help us build it better as we grow. You'll work virtually but stay close to the business, cleaning up what's messy and standing up systems that scale.
This is a hands-on operator seat with a clear path to Chief Operating Officer for someone who proves they can run it.
What You'll Do
- Organize and improve the overall day-to-day operation of the roofing business
- Support scheduling, dispatch, and estimating
- Build and organize efficient routes for our roofing technicians
- Set the sales team up for success with smart, tight routes
- Ensure every SOP is being followed — and help us continually build and improve them
- Drive process and process-improvement across the company as we scale
- Be customer-facing by phone — everyone here talks to customers and owns service
What You Need
- Real trades experience — roofing specifically (repair, tear-offs, residential and commercial)
- Direct experience with the exact operational work above: scheduling, estimating, routing, SOPs
- Strong process and organization instincts — you make messy things run smoothly
- Comfortable and professional on the phone with customers
- Self-directed and reliable — you can run point virtually without hand-holding
- The drive to grow into a COO role
Why You'll Want This
- $50,000 base plus real bonus upside — your comp grows with the business
- 401(k) and paid time off
- 100% remote — work from where you are
- A genuine path to COO, not a dead-end seat
- A growing company where your systems work will directly shape how we scale
If you know roofing operations cold and want to build something you can eventually run — apply now.

This is a remote position.
