Network Technical Operations Engineer/ Manager Princeton NJ - 100% onsite Fulltime / FTE Start: immediate Job Description: Network Technical Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our enterprise network infrastructure. You will manage a cross-tier team (L1,L2,L3), ensure high network availability, streamline incident and change management, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize 24x7 network operations across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. Manage incident response, major outages, and post-incident reviews (RCA). Oversee L1,L2,L3 team performance, development, and shift planning. Required Skills Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, etc. 12+ years in network operations or engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial or lead role Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade switches, routers, firewalls, CDN, DDOS, VPN and load balancers (e.g., Cisco, Arista, Fortinet, F5, Zscaler, Akamai CDN and DDOS solutions) Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Selector AI, Splunk) Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid network environments Understanding of network security, segmentation, and compliance requirements Preferred Certifications CCNP/CCIE, AWS Advanced Networking, ITIL v4
