BODY20 Roswell is looking for a dynamic Fitness Operations Manager to lead our studio's daily operations, develop a high-performing coaching team, and drive membership growth.
This is more than a fitness management position-it's an opportunity to build a thriving business while changing lives through innovative EMS (Electro-Muscle Stimulation) training. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fitness, loves working with people, and is energized by sales, leadership, and delivering outstanding member experiences.

What You'll Do
Leadership & Studio Operations
  • Lead the daily operations of the studio to ensure an exceptional member experience.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing coaching team.
  • Create a positive, accountable, and results-driven culture.
  • Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence.
  • Manage schedules, inventory, and adherence to BODY20 operating standards.

Sales & Business Development
  • Take ownership of the studio's membership sales goals and revenue growth.
  • Conduct fitness consultations and confidently convert prospects into memberships.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, texts, emails, and appointments.
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing members to maximize retention and referrals.
  • Develop and execute local community outreach, networking, and partnership opportunities.
  • Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Coach and motivate the team to consistently achieve individual and studio sales goals.

Member Experience
  • Deliver exceptional EMS personal training sessions.
  • Ensure every member receives personalized attention and measurable results.
  • Build lasting relationships that create loyal members and strong referrals.
  • Resolve member concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.

  • Proven leadership experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or a customer-focused business.
